What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI-Driven Developer Intern to join our newly established financial technology company. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual interested in leveraging AI development tools to create innovative web applications that drive our end-to-end deal flow process. The intern will play a crucial role in building and refining web-based solutions that enhance origination, outreach, deal assessment, and post-acquisition improvements. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and refine web applications using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor AI) to optimise private equity end-to-end deal flow. 

• Utilise prompt engineering and user interface (UI) design to create seamless, data-driven applications. 

• Collaborate with investment professionals to understand business needs and translate them into functional applications. 

• Implement and test AI-driven solutions for automating key workflows in deal origination, due diligence, and portfolio management. 

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability. 

• Stay updated on emerging AI-assisted coding tools and best practices in web development. 

Qualifications: 

• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS). 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. 

• Understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly applications. 

• Interest in private equity, finance, or business technology is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment. 

• Evidence of having created applications in the past is a plus.
